		<description>I guess it&#039;s slightly similar to image replacement techniques where you shove the text offscreen and display a background image - the same situation where the content is also required to be available to screenreaders.

The most common one leaves the element in the normal flow and uses text-indent with a negative value to move the text.

I think they&#039;ll be a better way to do this when the readers progress, but it seems to be quite a  slow process (and also expensive for people to upgrade)</description>
